Dear all,
This forum is fully integrated into our syllabus of English for Hotel.After discussing lesson one in the class room,please write your comments upon the statement below;
Phone answering skills are critical for hotel businesses.Till now,the phone is still most hotel's primary point of contact with customers.The customer or hotel guest may also use e-mail communication. The way you answer the phone will form your customer's first impression of the hotel.

I totally agree with the statements above for phone answering skill is one of the skills needed by receptionist of a hotel. When the receptionist uses a good way in phone answering, means the hotel has a good service to the customer.

The way of answering the phone will form the customer's first impression of the hotel. I do agreed with that statement. the first thing to give the good service to the costumer is by making a good impression. Phone answering skills are very critical for hotel businesses.those also concern on the way how people communicate each other.

we know that telephone is one of the fundamental tool used by both costumers and hotel sides to make some deals for the business. for the the first time when the receptionist sticks the the phone and answers the calling he or she is going to make the first good impression to the caller. the way delivers or asks the informations will be the most important thing in order to get costumer comfortness. that' clear enough that the way of answering the phone will be the main focus to make the next business runs so well.

I do agreed with the statements above.the phone call is very needed by receptionist to help the guest futhermore when the guest need something which related about the hotel they can call the receptionist soonly by the phone,so the phone is very important.We know that if there is no a phone in a hotel ablsolutely will difficult to get information moreover if the receptionist want to develope the way of service to the guest.

I agree with this statement, the reseptionist must have phone answering skills are critical for hotel businesses. The reseptionist should be friendly. It will make the customer or hotel guest feel interesting to booking rooms. If the reseptionist answer the phone with friendly, the customer’s impression of the hotel feel interested and satisfied for the service of the hotel.

I do agree with this statement. Answering phone skill should be learned by the receptionist or one who work in the hotel because it can promote the hotel by using good service. the guest will be pleased and then he or she will share his or her good experience when he or she got the service from the hotel. a good skill of answering the phone is also good for make the guest comfort when they order for a room. finally, a good answering phone skill will improve hotel's grade than others because it serves the guest well.
